5 Day At Home Workout Schedule

SAYING YES TO REST is an important part of our philosophy.  As such, we close our FULL TIMETABLE of classes four times a year – typically in line with the school holidays. During this time you can continue SAYING YES to yourself and your health with the below 5 time efficient at home workouts…. or perhaps, you’d like to say yes to a much needed break in routine and try one of my fav holiday workouts instead.

WORKOUT 1: Kick your week off feeling strong

WORKOUT 2: Boost your mood with an energy hit

WORKOUT 3: Challenge yourself

Up for a challenge (without increasing the mental load)?

Repeating workouts you’ve previously done is a good way to do this.

This time, do STRONG and then ENERGY, back to back.

WORKOUT 4: Take a mindful moment in the fresh air

Grab those walking shoes and get yo-self outside and into the fresh girl! My big tips to make this a little bit special: Find a quiet tree lined park, get a girlfriend to join you, and drop into a drive through health food shop on the way home.

Walk + chats + breakfast = heck yes!

BONUS WORKOUT: Say Yes to Adventure

Saying Yes to Adventure is a big part of the SAY YES PHILOSOPHY.

It can mean stepping out of your comfort zone from time to time; Learning new skills; Getting active in the great outdoors; or understanding the important of both routine and variety in your life.

In this instance I’m talking about saying yes to a family friendly bushwalking adventure. Here’s 3 of fav family friendly bush walks in Perth!

AT HOME WORKOUT TIPS:

  • You DO NOT need to do this program in order. Health and fitness should fit seamlessly into YOUR week (ie. consider your own personal time and energy commitments). Remember – Healthy happens when YOU FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!
