Free Kids Zone

The KIDS ZONE is a play area we set up inside the hall. Our trainers (or the occasional babysitter) help manage this area.  As you can imagine, each child is different – some stay in prams, some sit on mats next to mum, some workout next to mum, some sit on mum whilst she exercises, some play with the toys and some scream because you opened their banana wrong. We work together to make it work!

We are big believers in the power of ROLE MODELLING positive health behaviours to our littles. We love that our family friendly training space and KIDS ZONE enables your little(s) to see YOU and other women SAY YES to themselves and their health.

To use this FREE service book YOURSELF into the midmorning class (this will cost you a class pass), then book yourself into the KIDS ZONE class (this is FREE and won’t cost you a pass). 

You are always ultimately responsible for your child. 

Kids Zone Tips

  • Come 5-10mins early to get yourself and your babes set up and settled in
  • Bring a small lunchbox of food (nut free preferred) and water bottle
  • Bring a pram and/or a rug for little bubs
  • Bring an extra mat for your babe to ‘workout’ next to you
  • Bring a fav toy if this is likely to help, not hinder
  • Don’t allow babes to help themselves to equipment – get them to ASK THE TRAINER first (we very much try and set a “this equipment is for the strong women” rule but do have “smaller” equipment your keen bean training partner can use)
  • Nobody expects your babe to sit still and remain quiet for longer than 0.0001seconds. Crying, screaming and chucking tantrums will occur and everyones ok about it. We all work together to make it work.
