We know we’re not for everyone – and that’s ok. Probs give us a miss if:

  • You’re looking to ‘shed’ weight quickly (it’s not something we endorse or recommend)
  • You’re looking to bench press half your body weight (we just don’t have the set up for this style of training) 
  • You’re wanting the perkiest peach at the park (we specialise in functional full body workouts, not workouts that sculpt specific muscles) 
  • You want uber challenging workouts that leave you sore for days and trainers that will push you to an inch of your life  (it’s just not out style)
  • You want to be given a calorie restricted meal plan to follow and have someone meticulously track your progress (thats not our jam)
