If I told you there was one thing you could do that could completely improve your life. Would you do it?

Sleep is that one thing.

Sleep is your superpower.

Think back to that night where you didn’t have a good night sleep. You might have to think back that far. It might have been last night.

How did you feel?

When sleep isn’t going right we very quickly start to notice a range of mental, physical and emotional effects.

Mentally, we struggle with attention to detail, concentration, our ability to focus and maybe even our short term memory. This is likely the time we leave our keys in the fridge or our coffee on top of the car.

Physically, our body feels fatigued and run down. We might feel head-achey and pretty yuk overall.

Emotionally, we don’t have the energy to deal with problems. So when someone brings us one, we are much more likely to tell them to go jump, then we are to help them out.

Sleep really is the foundation for the rest of your health. When it’s not going well – nothing else, really can. But when sleep starts to go right, thats where everything starts to come together.

Now, I know what you’re thinking – easier said than done right?! There are real things that are keeping you from falling asleep! Heres two quick tips to help get you started.
