This week we are SAYING YES TO REST by closing our physical doors and heading south for some fresh air, bush walks, family feasts and sleep ins. Whilst we’re closed, you can continue SAYING YES to yourself and your health with these 5 time efficient at home friendly workouts… Or you can do what I’m doing, and SAY YES to REST too. Woohoo!

- DAY 3: Enjoy a midweek ENERGY boost (or BOXING inspired energy boost)
- DAY 4: Time for some more of those STRONG feels
- DAY 5: Wrap up the week feeling zen with a little YOGA
- BONUS: Say Yes To ADVENTURE
You DO NOT need to do this program in order. Health and fitness should fit seamlessly into YOUR week (ie. consider your own personal time and energy commitments). Remember – Healthy happens when YOU FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!)
