LIVE ONLINE WORKOUTS

Online classes will ONLY take place when absolutely necessary. Our priority is getting you out of your house and moving (and laughing) safely with like-minded women in your local community. 

In the event one (or all) of our trainers need to self isolate we will move some (or all) of our classes online.  Read more information about our LIVE ONLINE WORKOUTS here

If you are booked into classes we will contact you direct to let you know IF/WHEN a class has been moved online. You will also notice a CHANGE in CLASS NAMES in MINDBODY when classes have been moved online – ie STRONG will be called ONLINE WORKOUT

COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION

With the current community transmission of COVID-19 we are implementing the following additional health and safety measures.

OUTDOOR TRAINING as much as possible we are training outdoors but our midmorning classes with babysitter present are held inside.

MASKS currently there is an indoor mask mandate in effect which applies to everyone over 12. We ask that all trainers, babysitters and members wear a mask when entering the hall. Masks can be removed by members when they are exercising vigorously, by trainers when they are giving important instruction, and by babysitters when they are communicating with young children. 

SANITIZER STATIONS we have hand sanitizer pump bottles available in multiple locations around our workout area and also encourage you to bring your own with you. We ask that you please (1) sanitize your hands on entry (2) minimise touching your face during class (3) sanitize your hands before handling shared equipment (4) sanitize your hands after handling shared equipment (5) sanitize your hands before leaving

MINIMAL SHARED EQUIPMENT we design our classes in a way that minimises the sharing of equipment however we also request you please BYO exercise mat and sweat towel to EVERY class – and as much as possible also BYO boxing inners and boxing gloves to our boxing classes. We allow children to play with our communal toys and sanitize these after every class. We ask parents to please sit their child near them (ie. on your mat) if they are eating or drinking during the workout.

SOCIAL DISTANCING We design our classes with social distancing guidelines in mind. We ask that you minimise congregating in close groups before or after classes. 

MEMBER HEALTH please do not come to class if (1) you are feeling unwell (2) you have a fever or have had a fever in the last 48 hours (3) you have a persistent cough.

CHILD HEALTH We know runny noses are common in small children and this does not always signify illness but we request you please stay home if: (1) your child has a fever or has had a fever in the last 48 hours (2) your child has a persistent cough  (3) your child’s nose produces green or yellow mucus and is running more than four times in an hour (4) Your child seems uncharacteristically lethargic, or unsettled

We have a range of resources available to help you workout at home IF you are unable to attend a class because you or your child are unwell.

  • FREE YESSENTIALS CHECK IN: A 15min phone call to discuss a current challenge you’re facing. Say yes to support so you can continue saying yes with confidence. 
  • CLARITY AND CONFIDENCE CONSULT: Book a one on one consult and we’ll use our Signature Say Yes Method to explore your goals, problem solve your current challenges and create your personalised Say Yes Action Pan .**Monthly members can request 1x free consult monthly.
  • VIRTUAL ACTION PACK: Enlist extra support from our resident PT Laura Hart. The Virtual Action Pack Includes 1x consult, 4 week exercise program with supporting resources and fortnightly check ins.
  • MONTHLY MEMBERS:  Get access to an online library of workouts (updated fortnightly), handy resources (including sample menu plans and nutrition tips created by our resident nutritionist Sarah Moore), individual and group coaching calls and online support/motivation/accountability via our VIP FACEBOOK GROUP.
  • NON MONTHLY MEMBERS: Can access online workouts and health resources via our COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUPBLOG and INSTAGRAM page.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

Proof of vaccination requirements apply to SAY YES FITNESS as of January 31st 2022. In this update, we’ll explain how this impacts two groups of people within our community, those who ARE able to provide proof of vaccination, and those who ARE NOT able to provide proof of vaccination. The steps outlined below are designed to ensure the experience we are providing is both safe, and inclusive.

IF YOU CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION

1. You will need to download you COVID-19 digital certificate (this included medical exemptions). The government has provided instructions on how to do this here

2. Email a copy of this certificate to RENEE@SAYYESFITNESS.COM.AU (before January 2022) or show a copy of your certificate to your trainer at your first class.

3. You will be able to attend  SAY YES FITNESS without showing further proof.

IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION

As per government requirements, you will not be able to attend SAY YES FITNESS in person, but our responsibility to your health does not change.
 
1. Please email RENEE@SAYYESFITNESS.COM.AU as soon as possible (and prior to 31st January) to let us know you will not be providing proof of vaccination. 
 
2. In your email, please stipulate if you would like to arrange a ONE-ON-ONE CONSULT to create your at home movement plan and/or exercise program. Our staff team is united in their fierce determination to not let your movement habits become compromised by this situation so we are offering one-on-one consults, at home movement plans,  and online training options.
 
3. We also have a range of resources available to make the transition to at home training a smoother one:
  • MONTHLY MEMBERS:  Get access to an online library of workouts (updated fortnightly), handy resources (including sample menu plans and nutrition tips created by our resident nutritionist Sarah Moore), individual and group coaching calls and online support/motivation/accountability via our VIP FACEBOOK GROUP.
  • NON MONTHLY MEMBERS: Can access online workouts and health resources via our COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUPBLOG and INSTAGRAM page.
  • PERSONALISED PROGRAMS: We have a team of PTs who offer individual at home exercise programs (email Renee on renee@sayyesfitness.com.au to be sent more info)

MANDATORY MASKS

Masks are mandatory for the Perth and Peel in all indoor public venues from 6pm January 16th 2022. 

The mask mandate will not apply to the home, people with disabilities, people doing vigorous indoor exercise or children in primary school or younger.
