Class Descriptors

Our group fitness classes are programmed with plenty of variety whilst maintaining a good balance of movement types and intensities. We understand lots of women feel intimidated, lost, or even a little scared of group workouts so we design our classes to allow people to go at their own pace. 

Choose from a selection of 30, 45 and 60minute group fitness classes including: 

  • BEAUTIFUL – 45mins pilates, yoga, barre fusion
  • ENERGY – 30mins moderate to high intensity cardio
  • EMPOWER – 45mins full body muscle toning and endurance
  • STRONG – 45min full body strength building
  • CIRCUIT – 45min full body mixture of cardio and strength stations
  • BOXING – 45min beginner friendly boxing 
  • YOGA – via a collaboration with Heart In Yoga (available to women on our KICKSTARTER or ACCESS ALL AREAS packages only!)

We also understand lots of Mums find it challenging to juggle everything and everyone else and never have time to take care of themselves, so we offer a childminding service
