Nutritionist Sarah Moore and I are super excited to bring you this 6 week online nutrition program! A program where we investigate nutrition strategies to help you improve your energy and wellbeing.
We’ll work out what you need to be eating to fuel your day right and we’ll get practical with a range of time saving meal planning and prep strategies so that you can find a system that works well for you and your busy life.
We’ll be delivering educational videos, there’ll be practical activities to work through, and we’ll get together for live YesSquad chats to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges and get inspo (and support) from the YesSquad.

- Help you build a positive and sustainable relationship with nutrition
- Introduce you to a gorgeous community of like-minded women
- Teach you foundation nutrition concepts such as energy requirements and macronutrients
- Help you create a meal plan/prep system that works for you and your household
We do all this gradually over 6 weeks – or you’re likely to feel overwhelmed and frustrated and we don’t think that’s an enjoyable or sustainable way to approach nutrition.
