5 Day At Home Workout Schedule

SAYING YES TO REST is an important part of our philosophy.  As such, we close our FULL TIMETABLE of classes four times a year – typically in line with the first week of the school holidays. During this time you can continue SAYING YES to yourself and your health with the below 5 time efficient at home workouts…. or perhaps, you’d like to say yes to a much needed break in routine and try one of my fav holiday workouts instead.

  1. WORKOUT 1: Kick things off feeling STRONG
  2. WORKOUT 2: Feel good with a gentle STRETCH (I love doing this before or after a park walk!)
  3. WORKOUT 3: Boost your mood with an ENERGY hit
  4. WORKOUT 4: Feel FIERCE with a wicked mix of cardio and strength
  5. WORKOUT 5: Go for a walk in the fresh air then grab a mat and enjoy this CORE focused workout
  6. BONUS WORKOUT: Say Yes To a bushwalking ADVENTURE

You DO NOT need to do this program in order. Health and fitness should fit seamlessly into YOUR week (ie. consider your own personal time and energy commitments). Remember – Healthy happens when YOU FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!)
