5 At Home Workouts For The Holidays

We are SAYING YES TO REST by reducing our timetable for the Christmas period! During this time you can continue SAYING YES to yourself and your health with our pop up workouts (Tuesdays & Thursdays) AND/OR  the below 5 time efficient at home friendly workouts…. woohoo!

  1. WORKOUT 1: Kick things off feeling STRONG
  2. WORKOUT 2: Feel good with a gentle STRETCH (I love doing this before or after a park walk!)
  3. WORKOUT 3: Boost your mood with an ENERGY hit
  4. WORKOUT 4: Feel FIERCE with a wicked mix of cardio and strength
  5. WORKOUT 5: Go for a walk in the fresh air then grab a mat and enjoy this CORE focused workout
  6. BONUS WORKOUT: Say Yes To ADVENTURE

You DO NOT need to do this program in order. Health and fitness should fit seamlessly into YOUR week (ie. consider your own personal time and energy commitments). Remember – Healthy happens when YOU FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!)
