She is offering online classes via Gym Catch. Classes are just $7 and can be accessed for 24 hours from the class commencement time. No more need for Zoom for this one. Sarah has pre-recorded so music and picture quality are bang’n! Classes are Monday 6.30pm, Tuesday 6pm, Wednesday 6.30pm and Saturday 8.30am.
